reNEW Poinsett County is working to increase economic opportunities and improve quality of life in our county. The Poinsett County Committee consists of key industry leaders and dedicated community members who are working to integrate a strategic plan for housing, land use, economic development, access to healthy foods, transportation, and infrastructure investments into a vision for how Poinsett County can maximize and grow for future generations.
Renovation Grant
The Harrisburg Economic Development Commission (HEDC) is offering a Renovation Grant to assist businesses within Harrisburg city limits with costs associated with renovating their commercial property. This is a 50% matching grant with a maximum amount of $2,500 for exterior renovation, which will be reimbursed after work is complete.
